If you have any questions or concerns, you can discuss them with your nurse, or contact us at 610-933-6130, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Ask to speak to the Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager, who is available to assist you. If you have an emergency, our on-call service is available 24 hours a day at 610-933-6130. In the event that you are not satisfied with your care or treatment, you can contact The Department of Health Medicare Complaint Hot Line, The Home Care Agency Hotline, and The Department of Health Division of Home Health at 1-800-254-5164.
