REHABILITATION NURSING SERVICES
Personal Health Care, Inc.'s, rehabilitation staff provides comprehensive health care for clients suffering from head trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke and orthopedic surgery. Our staff consists of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants and social workers. Our skilled nurses provide comprehensive care for our clients in the comfort of their own homes. These nurses are familiar with the latest technology in restorative rehabilitation care.

Some of these services may include:

• I.V. therapy and medication administration
• Use of specialized wheel chairs, hoyer lifts, bath tubs, transfer benches, mat tables and tilt tables
• Specialized transfer techniques
• Ventilator and tracheotomy care
• Internal feeding systems
• Special feeding programs and nutritional support
• Bowel and bladder training

MEDICARE SERVICES
Medicare covers home health care services when a client meets the following criteria:

• The care must be deemed medically necessary by the physician
• The client must be under the regular care of a physician and the physician must certify and sign a Medicare plan of treatment
• The patient must have a need for skilled nursing or physical therapy in order to receive home health aide services
• The patient must be essentially homebound
• The care delivered would be on an intermittent basis

PERSONNEL SERVICES
Personal Health Care, Inc., provides professionals, ranging from homemakers to registered nurses, for all home health care requests. We are available to provide assistance in private homes, hospitals, nursing homes and retirement communities. Our staff is also available for temporary staffing assignments.

HIGH-TECH NURSING SERVICES
Personal Health Care, Inc.'s, skilled high-tech nurses provide comprehensive specialized care for the complete needs of our clients. Our staff consists of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses experienced with advanced assessment and intervention skills.

PEDIATRIC NURSING SERVICES

Personal Health Care, Inc.'s, pediatric nurses provide comprehensive health care for infants, children and young adults under the age of 21 years. Our staff consists of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and child care aides, all with hands-on experience in pediatric nursing. Our pediatric services range from well-baby care to high-risk care, and Personal Health Care, Inc., has a trained professional to meet every one of our client's needs.
