From West Chester:  Take Rt. 202 North to Rt. 29 North (Great Valley exit).  At end of exit ramp, turn right at traffic light and continue straight on Rt. 29 North.  Go passed the Great Valley Corp. and underneath the Turnpike Overpass.  Immediately after you pass under the overpass, turn right onto Whitehorse Rd. before you cross the train tracks.  Follow Whitehorse Rd. through a stop sign and traffic lights until you come to the traffic light at Rt. 23/Valley Forge Rd.  Turn right onto Rt. 23 East, drive approximately one mile, passing the waterfall on your right, to the Commons at Valley Forge on your right (the sign will be green).  Do not turn in the first entrance, but continue around the bend to the second entrance (green sign) and turn right at that second entrance.  At the stop sign, turn left.  Proceed past the buildings on your right, going to the end building.  Personal Health Care, Inc. will be on your right, Unit 13.

From Downingtown:  Take Rt. 30 East Bypass to Rt. 113 North, Phoenixville.  Turn left onto Rt. 113 North and continue until it ends at Rt. 23 in Phoenixville.  Turn right at the traffic light, going East on Rt. 23.  Stay on Rt. 23 going through the traffic lights until you pass the Phoenixville Hospital on your right.  Continue through three more traffic lights and then one more mile, passing the Waterfall on your right, to the Commons at Valley Forge on your right (the sign will be green).  Do not turn in the first entrance, but continue around the bend to the second entrance (green sign) and turn right at that second entrance.  At the stop sign, turn left.  Proceed past the buildings on your right, going to the end building.  Personal Health Care, Inc. will be on your right, Unit 13.

 From Pottstown:  Take Rt. 422 East to the Audubon/Oaks Exit.  Bear right at end of ramp and go to the third traffic light.  Turn right onto Pawlings Rd.  Follow Pawlings Rd. until it ends at Rt. 23.  Turn left onto Rt. 23/Valley Forge Rd.  Take the immediate first right into Commons at Valley Forge.   At the stop sign, turn left.  Proceed past the buildings on your right, going to the end building.  Personal Health Care, Inc. will be on your right, Unit 13.

From Phoenixville:  Take Rt. 724 to Rt. 23 East.  Stay on Rt. 23 going through the traffic lights until you pass the Phoenixville Hospital on your right.  Continue through three more traffic lights and then one more mile, passing the Waterfall on your right, to the Commons at Valley Forge on your right (the sign will be green).  Do not turn in the first entrance, but continue around the bend to the second entrance (green sign) and turn right at that second entrance.  At the stop sign, turn left.  Proceed past the buildings on your right, going to the end building.  Personal Health Care, Inc. will be on your right, Unit 13. 

From Norristown:  Take Main St. to the Jeffersonville traffic light.  Turn left onto Egypt Rd.  Continue straight on Egypt Rd., crossing over Trooper Rd.  In the village of Audubon, at the traffic light, turn left onto Pawlings Rd.  Take Pawlings Rd. until it ends, approximately two miles, to a stop sign.  This is Rt. 23/Valley Forge Rd.   Turn left onto Rt. 23/Valley Forge Rd.  Take the immediate first right into Commons at Valley Forge.   At the stop sign, turn left.  Proceed past the buildings on your right, going to the end building.  Personal Health Care, Inc. will be on your right, Unit 13.

From East Norristown:  Take Rt. 202, then turn right onto Gulph Rd., passing the King of Prussia Mall on the right.  Go straight through the next two traffic lights and bear to the left to go through Valley Forge Park.  Gulph Road becomes Rt. 23 West as it goes through Valley Forge Park.  At the end of the park, go straight through the traffic light, staying on Rt. 23.  Go straight through the next traffic light, passing The G Lodge Restaurant on the right.  The Commons at Valley Forge are on your Left, labeled on a green sign.  Take the first entrance and proceed to the stop sign.  Personal Health Care, Inc. will be ahead on the corner on your left, Unit 13.

From Philadelphia: Take Rt. 76 West.  Exit at 328A, Mall Blvd. Exit, which is the last exit before the Turnpike. At end of exit ramp, bear right at the light. At the next light, turn right onto Gulph Road.  Go straight through the next two traffic lights and bear to the left to go through Valley Forge Park.  Gulph Road becomes Rt. 23 West as it goes through Valley Forge Park.  At the end of the park, go straight through the traffic light, staying on Rt. 23.  Go straight through the next traffic light, passing The G Lodge Restaurant on the right.  The Commons at Valley Forge are on your Left, labeled on a green sign.  Take the first entrance and proceed to the stop sign.  Personal Health Care, Inc. will be ahead on the corner on your left, Unit 13.

From Delaware County/Chester:  Take Rt. 3 (West Chester Pike) to Rt. 476 West (Blue Route).  Take Rt. 476 West to Rt. 76 West and follow the same directions above from Philadelphia.

From Lansdale:  Take Rt. 363 South, cross over Germantown Pike and Ridge Pike.  Rt. 363 becomes S. Park Avenue.  Take S. Park Avenue to the traffic light in Audubon.  Cross over Egypt Rd.  Then S. Park Ave. becomes Pawlings Rd.  Go approximately three miles on Pawlings Rd. until it ends at a stop sign, Rt. 23/Valley Forge Rd.  Turn left onto Rt. 23/Valley Forge Rd.  Take the immediate first right into Commons at Valley Forge.   At the stop sign, turn left.  Proceed past the buildings on your right, going to the end building.  Personal Health Care, Inc. will be on your right, Unit 13.
